The soldering method to unlock iPhone
Although the iphone in the UK was intended to be O2 contract only, it is now estimated that some 50% or more have been unlocked. By unlocking your iPhone you can avoid being tied into an expensive 18 month contract.
In the UK you can pay as little as £8 to have your iphone unlocked. There are three methods.
Turbo Sim
This method requires software, technical knowledge and a Turbo SIM card
Software method
This method just requires software,and so could be the least invasive, avoiding the potential of damage to your iphone.
Soldering
This method involves opening your iphone, and soldering the correct component. The operation takes about two hours and involves some soldering skill and also software. We wouldn't recommend this method.
