The number one complaint of US iPhone owners, according to a survey of nearly 3,600, was the slow speed of AT&T’s EDGE network. The iPhone owners also reported that they did not like having to use AT&T itself. It is hoped that the new 3G iPhone will nulify this problem.
When shoppers were surveyed, some also complained about the $399 and $499 price tags for the 8GB and 16GB models.
